Past Tense III

The third piece in my Past Tense series. This piece continues the concept studies for my friend's zombie novel.

This piece was nearly abandoned. Introducing a new element to the piece proved to be more complicated than I had imagined, and I realized that I had not planned it well enough to achieve the quality I was hoping for. In addition, the "angry face" just wasn't angry enough, and lacked the impact I wanted. After completing the fourth piece in the the series, I decided to attempt to fix up the piece a bit, knowing it wouldn't achieve the quality I wanted, but might be worthy of sharing anyway.

Even if it didn't come out as well as I had hoped, I did learn some valuable lessons while working on this piece, and I hope they pay off as I move on to my next series of studies and final works.
